Pwono continues his journey – next stop: Luxembourg

After playing the last season for two teams in Germany, Henry Pwono moves to Luxembourg to play for BBC Etzella Ettelbruck.

A couple of days after celebrating his 29th birthday Henry Pwono decided to join BBC Etzella Ettelbruck for the 2020-2021 season. Pwono played the last season in Germany, starting off with the Basketball Löwen Braunschweig in the easycredit Basketball Bundesliga. Around New Year’s the Pittsburgh native moved to Rostock to finish the season with the Seawolves.

Previously the 6’7 Power Forward gained pro experience in Finland, Italy, Australia and Saudi Arabia and Luxembourg be a new chapter in Pwono’s career.

In the new season Pwono will suit up for one of the most successful teams in Luxembourg. During the past 6 years BBC Etzella never finished worse than 4th. Coach Basic followed Pwono’s career for years and he is happy to welcome him in Luxembourg and build a team around the Forward.
