Michael Zabetakis continues his career in Finland

Zabetakis signed a contract to finish his second pro season in Finland.

Michael Zabetakis signed a contract to join Oulu Basketball for the reminder of the season. Michael is a 6’5 Guard, who played college basketball at the University of West Georgia before playing his rookie season for Kordall Steelers in Luxembourg. The former NABC-Reese’s DII All-Star finished his college career with 18.4 Points, 5.2 Rebounds, 2.4 Assists and 1.4 Steals per game. He received multiple accomplishments for his college career and he also showed his impact in Luxembourg as he finished his rookie season with 21 Points, 6.9 Rebounds, 3.9 Assists and 1.1 Steals per game. These impressive numbers helped him to receive the honor to be part of the All-Luxembourg League Second Team.

Michael has already joined his new team in Finland, and he helped his team to an important road victory. After one day with his new team, he finished the game with 30 Points (10 of 14 shooting, 9 of 9 Free Throws), 8 Rebounds, 4 Steals and 3 Assists.
