Casey Teson finished his college career with 19.2 Points, 4 Rebounds and 2.6 Assists per game while shooting over 41% from the 3-point range and 88% from the charity stripe. His individual play and his way of leading the Maryville University helped him to achieve All-Conference First Team nomination and his play got recognition from various European teams.
After talking to the officials of SC Rist Wedel, Teson decided that he wants to start his pro career with the German Pro B team. The team offers a very professional environment, which was one of the most important facts in the decision-making process.
His new team was looking to for a Combo-Guard, who is already used of leading a team on the court while being able to play both Guard positions without any problems. Teson’s enthusiasm during the talks with the Coach and the General Manager impressed them a lot and they decided to start the new season with Casey as their import player.
