Privateer Gill joins Heinrich Sports

The New Orleans product Christavious Gill is joining Heinrich Sports with immediate effect. Gill played 4 years at the University of New Orleans and after an unsuccessful stint in Montenegro he is now looking for a new opportunity.

The Guard Christavious Gill completed his 4 years of college basketball at the University of New Orleans in the Southland Conference. In total he suited up in 115 games (including 88 starts) for the Privateers and in total he recorded 1356 points, 252 rebounds, 252 assists and 169 steals. He is ranked second in school history in 3 point shots made (198), third in steals (169) sixth in minutes played (3316), seventh n field goal attempts (1129), eighth in points scored (1356), free throws made (290) and games started (88), ninth in steals per game (1.5), 10^th in games played (115), 11^th in free throw attempts (376), 13^th in assists (252), tied for 13^th in free throw percentage (.771), 17^th in field goals made (434) and 25^th in 3-point percentage (.329).

He made it into the All-Tournament Team 2017 while winning the Southland Conference Tournament in the same year and overall, he finished his senior season with 11.5ppg, 2.2rpg, 2.7apg and 1.5spg. After completing his college career Gill had an unsuccessful stint in Montenegro and he left his team shortly due to the failure of professionalism in that club.
