The experienced Combo Guard returns to Austria and signs with his former team of the Fürstenfeld Panthers.
 The 6’2 Combo Guard from San Antonio, Texas joined the Fürstenfeld Panthers for the 2011-2012 season. Tim Burnette returns to Fürstenfeld after playing for the Panthers during the 2009-2010 season where he led the team to the Super Cup title. After playing several season in Germany Burnette came to Austria to play for the Wörthersee Piraten during the 2008-2009 campaign and he showed his outstanding scoring abilities as he averaged 20.5 Points per contest in 29 games and this numbers caught the attention of the Panthers and after playing in the German Pro A last season Burnette returns to Fürstenfeld and he is expected to lead the young group to success.
During the last season he played for GiroLive-Ballers Osnabrück and in 20 games he finished with 16.5ppg, 3.2rpg, 4.5apg and 1.6spg. Afterwards he moved to Würzburg where he suited up for the s. Oliver Baskets and he helped the team to move from the Pro A into the Beko Basketball Bundesliga. Over 8 games Tim recorded 13.0ppg,1.6rpg, 1.4apg and 1.1spg.
