Desean Hampton strengthens Residence Walferdange roster

Heinrich Sports is pleased to announce that Desean Hampton has officially signed with Residence Walferdange, competing in the top division of Luxembourg basketball (LBBL). Following a dominant campaign with Black Star Mersch, where he established himself as one of the league′s most versatile and impactful frontcourt players, Hampton is set to bring his high-level production to Walferdange.

Hampton’s performance last season was nothing short of elite. As the key player for Black Star Mersch, he posted remarkable averages of 17.8 points, 13.0 rebounds, 4.5 assists, and 3.0 blocks per game. His ability to dominate the paint defensively while serving as a very versatile and complete player on the offensive end made him one of the most effective players in the league. This rare combination of scoring efficiency, rebounding prowess, and passing vision made him a top priority for Walferdange’s roster construction this summer.
