Joey Shaw just finished the 4th season in the Austrian league after graduating from
the University of Nevada. This season was his second season with the Kapfenberg
Bulls and over 21 minute he recorded 13.3 Points, 4.4 Rebounds and 1.1 Assists
per contest. Kapfenberg was able to win the Cup Final and they just fell short
in in the Finals losing 3-2 to the Gssing Knights. Last week the three time
All-League First Team member received the Austrian citizenship which makes him
eligible for the Austrian National Team during the summer period, as the
Austrian Team will meet Germany, Poland and Luxembourg in their Qualification
Group to the European Championship 2015.
