Stephens signs for Black Star Mersch

Marquavian Stephens signs with Black Star Mersch for the 2023-2024 season. The Guard, who has played his rookie season playing for Futebol Clube Barreirense in Portugal moved to Luxembourg for the new season. In 22 games during his season in Portugal, Marquavian proved to be one of the most dominate players in the league. He finished the season with 27.9 Points (second in the league), 3.4 Rebounds, 3.9 Assists and 1.9 Steals per contest and he was voted into the All-Portuguese Proliga Second Team. The Flint native spent his college career in Canada for the University of Saskatchewan.
