Julian Alper started the last season with the Michelbach Mustangs, but the team folded due to the pandemic situation and the 21-year-old Guard decided to join the Basket Flames to continue his season there. Over the course of 15 games the former Youth National Team member averaged 11.5 Points, 3.2 Rebounds and 2 Assists in around 23 minutes per game.

After gaining valuable experience in the Zweite Liga, Alper felt ready to make the move in the Superliga and the Klosterneuburg Dukes presented an interesting option with the opportunity of receiving regular minutes in the highest Austrian league and we are already excited to see how he will adjust to this new level.
