Boylan stays in Kapfenberg
The Kapfenberg Bulls and Ian Boylan want to finish what they couldnt finish last season as they fell short in the Finals against the Gssing Knights. The 31 year old Guard finished last season as the Assist leader (6.5) in the Austrian league. Over 41 games he averaged 9.1ppg, 3.0rpg, 6.5apg and 1.3spg while shooting 54.7% from 2 point range, 40.7% from 3 point range and 86.2% from the charity stripe. After winning the Cup title, they also reached the Finals again and Boylan is a member of Eurobaskets All League 1st Team as well as a member of the All Leagues Imports Team.
After having very successful seasons with the Allianz Swans Gmunden and the BC Zepter Vienna, Boylan wants to win the championship with the third different team.
