Austrian Talent joins Heinrich Sports

The talented Austrian Point Guard Paul Isbetcherian picked Heinrich Sports for his future representation.

We are extremely happy and please to announce that one of the most talented Austrian basketball players joins Heinrich Sports to start his professional career. The 19-year old Guard Paul Isbetcherian was the captain of the Austrian U18 National Team this summer and he showed his value during the European Championship as he recorded 20.5 Points, 5.4 Rebounds, 5.3 Assists and 2.8 Steals per game.

Paul finished the tournament as the second-best Scorer, he was also ranked fourth in Assists per game and third in Steals.

During the 2018-2019 Paul plays for the Mistelbach Mustangs in the 2. Bundesliga in Austria. He is a regular member of the Starting 5 and currently averaging 9.4 Points, 3.1 Rebounds, 2.2 Assists and 1.2 Steals per game. His team is currently fighting for a Play-Off Position with a record of 9-9, which ranks them on the seventh position in the league.

The next step in Paul’s career is either the ABL or going abroad and we are really excited to make that next step together.
